Terms of Service

1) Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AImplify website and the AImplify desktop software (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) What AImplify is

AImplify is a local-first desktop automation system designed to route user intent into verified command surfaces of creative applications on your own machine, execute primitive auditable actions, and produce receipts and artifacts as proof.

The website is a static site that publishes demo artifacts produced by real runs.

Uses the customer’s own AI provider API key.

Your AI provider bills you separately.

3) Third-party services

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. If you configure AImplify to call an AI provider, those calls go from your machine to that provider using your credentials and are governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

4) Billing, trials, and cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel using the “manage subscription” link in your Stripe receipts/invoices, or by contacting support for help. Cancellation takes effect according to Stripe’s billing cycle and the terms shown during checkout.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to attempt to bypass safety restrictions, or to use the Service to access systems or data you do not have permission to access.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, receipts, and artifacts before relying on them.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AImplify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
